Is there a general rule for text setup?
Generally, we print names and main event information on the front of the prayer cards. Poems, scripture passages, prayers, or messages of thanks are usually printed on the backs. The location of the text, however, is entirely up to the customer. Our easy online order process will allow you to enter text for the front and text for the backs separately. Printing on the backs is optional.
How do you choose the font for the prayer cards?
We generally use the font shown on the prayer card example. Sometimes we change the font depending on the amount of text we have to fit on the card. We will be happy to use a different font if you know the name of a font you prefer, or you would like the style changed. Just enter the font name or the style of font you prefer (i.e., more formal, more casual, italic, etc.) in the Special Instructions box when placing your order.
Can I have any text printed on my prayer cards?
Yes, you can have anything you wish printed on the cards, as long as it is not offensive. We customize the prayer card design according to your text request.
Is there an extra charge for printing on the backs of the prayer cards?
No, printing on the backs of your prayer cards is free of charge with your order. Printing on the backs is also optional. You can leave the personalization box blank if you do not wish to have something printed on the back.
Do you add artwork to the backs of the prayer cards?
Yes, we coordinate artwork and colors on the back to match the front of the prayer card.
What kinds of things do people ask you to print on their prayer cards?
In addition to names and event information, our creative customers have asked us to print poetry, scripture passages, excerpts from lyrics to songs, messages of thanks, quotes and prayers on their prayer cards. We've printed churchs' Mission Statements, Mass Schedules and other important information that might be needed by parishioners. With our flexible personalization and customization policies, and because all of our designs can be made into laminated cards (even non-religious designs) our customers find many creative uses for our laminated cards, as shown in the example below:
