We use the following US Post Office services for all deliveries:

US Deliveries:


Priority Mail: Standard 3-4 day order processing with approximate 2-3 day delivery to most locations. Delivery Confirmation included.
 
Express Mail: Standard 3-4 day order processing with 1-day delivery (overnight to most locations). Delivery Confirmation included.  Some locations require an extra day for delivery.
 
Rush Production Service:  Can be added to your order when viewing your shopping cart.  $25.00 fee/order.  Click on the red Rush Production Service link on your shopping cart page to add Rush Production Service to your order.  Same day proofs* on credit card order only (except weekends and holidays) on orders received before 12 noon EST. Next business day proofs* on orders received after 12 noon EST.  Orders mailed within 2 days after proof approval. Choose Express Mail delivery option at checkout for fastest delivery service (1 day to most locations - some locations require an extra day for delivery).

Deliveries to Canada:

Global Priority: Standard 3-4 day order processing with 6+ day delivery. 
Global Express: Standard 3-4 day order processing with 3-5 day delivery. 

Shipping costs are calculated by the shopping cart depending upon the quantities and items placed in the cart. To see exact shipping prices, please place your items in your shopping cart and proceed through the next two steps of the checkout process until you arrive at the Shipping Selections page. Though you will need to fill out your contact info, you do not have to create an account... simply continue as "A Guest". Once on the shipping page, if you do not wish to proceed, leave the website or go back to your shopping cart and empty the cart contents. Your contact info is not recorded unless you complete the order process and receive an Order Confirmation Number. 

Impressive Inscriptions is NOT responsible for lost mail when tracking indicates a delivered package. If www.USPS.com tracking information shows "Delivered" but customer claims otherwise for the items in question, NO REFUND will be given. We stand by the proof of delivery of the US Postal Service. 

If a package is showing as not delivered and has exceeded the normal delivery timeframe for the service selected, we will attempt to investigate and track your package on your behalf, time permitting, or will contact you for alternate solutions.
