Current Turnaround Time
If you have ordered any of the following items, your order qualifies for a proof:
Deluxe bookmarks (minimum order 8)
Mini bookmarks (minimum order 18)
Prayer cards (minimum order 15)
Laminated recipe cards, where you are providing a recipe for printing
With prompt feedback and quick proof approval, most orders are processed, shipped and received in about 8-10 days.
For even faster service, Rush Service/Express Mail Delivery is available.
For products that do not qualify for a proof, orders are scheduled for production upon receipt and shipped 3-4 business days after order receipt.

STEP 1: ORDER PLACED
We receive your completed order. |

STEP 2: PROOF EMAIL SENT
We provide a proof no later than 1 day after order receipt on business days (same day for Rush Service orders if received before 3:00 PM EST).

STEP 3: WAITING FOR PROOF FEEDBACK
We wait for your proof approval or comments.

STEP 4: PROCEED TO STEP 5
If you approve your proof as shown or with minor adjustments that do not require a new proof, we schedule your order for production.
OR
GO BACK TO STEP 2:
If you ask for changes which require a new proof, we provide a new proof no later than 24 hours after receiving your comments (on business days).

STEP 5: WE MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS
Following proof approval, we need 3-4 business days* or 1-2 business days for Rush Production Service* for order production.
*Rush Production Service is selected at checkout. Look for the red link on your shopping cart page. Adds $25.00 to your order.
*For orders up to 300 pieces. For larger orders, please inquire.

2-3 days delivery for Priority Mail (6+ Canada)
1 day (overnight) delivery for Express Mail*
