Privacy Policy: At Impressive Inscriptions, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will keep all information we receive from you strictly confidential. It will never be distributed to any other individual or company. We will use your information for the sole purpose of processing your order in a timely and accurate manner. You will never receive promotional or advertisement emails from us after placing an order.
Copyright Information: All bookmark and prayer card designs are copyrighted to and are the sole property of Impressive Inscriptions. It is illegal to copy, duplicate or distribute our designs. Our copyright information is printed on every product we produce, usually on the back of the product or in very small lettering on the front when applicable.

To the best of our knowledge, all clipart and fonts used in the design of our products are licensed for our use. If you think there is unlicensed clipart or fonts in any of our designs, please contact us with the product number and proof of this information so we can remove the product from our catalog. If unlicensed clipart or fonts were used, it was unintentional. We take great care in respecting the copyright privileges of the artists and companies who provide clipart and fonts.
It is the responsibility of customers who provide us with images for use on their custom and photo orders to ensure that they are adhering to copyright laws. It is not the responsibility of Impressive Inscriptions to determine the origin of images provided by customers. It is the responsibility of customers to adhere to copyright laws when providing text for their personalized product orders. It is not the responsibility of Impressive Inscriptions to determine the origin or authorship of text provided by customers.
Return/Exchange Policy: Our products are made to order for your order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please read our Order Cancellation policy below regarding cancelling an order prior to the printing of your order.
Proofreading: Text is copied from your order form, so please be sure to double check your personalization entries before submitting your order. Once set up, we proofread the text in a 2-step process to ensure accurate duplication of the text you provide. Once you have approved a proof, we assume you have proofread and approved all copy, but if you approve a proof that contains an error, we will work with you on a fair order replacement price and take all factors into consideration. While personalization errors are rare, we do treat each case individually and can assure you a fair arrangement will be worked out for both you and Impressive Inscriptions depending on the circumstances. We do our best to correct obvious misspellings, but we cannot, of course, spot errors in names and other proper nouns you may have misspelled when placing your order. Please be assured, if we have any questions concerning your personalization request, we will contact you before proceeding with the order. In the unlikely event you receive your order with a personalization error where a proof has not been provided prior to order completion, we will replace the items in error at no cost to you.
Changing Your Design Choice After Proofs Have Been Provided: You are welcome to ask us to make changes to a design including color and text setup. We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible when setting up your order. We are happy to provide new proofs as needed if adjustments need to be made to your order. However, if you decide you would like to see your personalization on a different design in our catalog after we have provided proofs using the design choice in your order, a service charge of $5.00 will be added to your order. If you change your order from a catalog design to a custom design after we have provided proofs using the design choice in your order, the custom design service charge of $10.00 will be added to your order. For orders under $50.00, three proofs will be provided free of charge. Any further changes will incur a $10.00 service charge.
Order Cancellation Policy: Because we personalize all products, orders cannot be canceled after the printing phase of your order has begun. For orders that qualify for a proof, cancellation after a proof has been provided is subject to a small cancellation charge of $5. For small orders that do not qualify for a proof, please email or call us to find out if we have begun printing your order.

In the unlikely situation where a custom product order requires cancellation after you have received a proof (or subsequent proofs with your additional instructions), your order will be refunded minus a $25 service charge or 50% of your order total (whichever is less). Please be assured we follow your custom order instructions as best as we can with the information you provide in the Special Instructions box of your order form. We will also adjust the design after you have seen the proof if there are any additional changes you want made to ensure you receive a bookmark or prayer card design that is to your satisfaction.
Photos: Customers who are submitting photos for photo bookmark or prayer card orders should read our photo guidelines for bookmarks and prayer cards. Please note we are not a photo retouching service, but we will correct obvious imperfections in your photo such as scratches, background objects that detract from the main focus of the photo, obvious red eye or eye glare, etc. Subtle imperfections, imperfections caused by the age of the photo and other such problems will not be corrected unless you specifically point out the imperfection to us. Some imperfections simply cannot be corrected such as imperfections caused by low dpi settings. We cannot be responsible for correcting problems that are not noticeable with normal viewing. Backgrounds will be removed upon request only, and only when there is enough contrast between the subject and the background to accomplish this photo technique. We will let you know if we can successfully remove the background of your photo. If we cannot, we will try some other techniques to blend away unwanted backgrounds, such as blurring the background.
Security: All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption, which means your credit card information is transmitted over the Internet in encrypted, or scrambled, form.
Shipping: Please see our Shipping & Handling page for full S&H Policy. Impressive Inscriptions is NOT responsible for lost mail when tracking indicates a delivered package. If www.USPS.com tracking information shows "Delivered" but customer claims otherwise for the items in question, NO REFUND will be given. We stand by the proof of delivery of the US Postal Service.
If a package is showing as not delivered and has exceeded the normal delivery timeframe for the service selected, we will attempt to investigate and track your package on your behalf, time permitting, or will contact you for alternate solutions.
